Laura currently earns $10,000 a month and has the freedom she's always wanted.

When Laura B. saw her cousin lose almost 40 pounds on Herbalife products, she decided to try them for herself. She lost 37 pounds and went from a size 12 to a size 4. She initially became an independent Distributor to get a discount on the products-Laura had no intention of building an organization. But as soon as everyone around her started noticing how great she looked, they wanted to try the weight-loss program themselves-and she was in business!

"I was teaching special education and wanted a lifestyle change. I didn't want to work for anyone else; I wanted more freedom."

Laura started selling part time in '97 and full time in January '98, attending training sessions and using many of the Herbalife tools. "It turned my life around and gave me a sense of responsibility," Laura recalls.
